Chairman: We had a good year. We've also had some good socials. Bad lighting in the hall.
Treasurer: The club made a deficit of £146 leaving a balance of £1379.86. We must be stricter on getting subs and visitor fees. Team captains must collect all money from teams and pay in one shot to treasurer. Subs must be paid by end of September and end January.
Mixed Captain: We came 3rd in the league. We almost go promoted.
Mens Captain: Gordon is off sick.
Mens B Captain: Marcus felt the B team was positive for all player

It was agreed that fees would remain the same as last year until or unless we move. Fees for 2011/12 will be as follows:
Annual Fees (1 September - 31 July) : £100. This can be paid in 2 halves, £50 by end of September PROMPTLY and £50 by end of January.
Winter Fees (1 September - 1 April) : £80
Visitors Fees: £5, which are taken off the members fee when we the visitor joins the club.
Match Fees: £3
Under 18s people in full time education pay £3 .
We should hand new users a leaflet on their first night. Spencer will do this. The club is a members club.

Discussion on Mendip District Council's intention to not improve the lighting

Cost of Blue School for 3 courts is £43.50 for 2
hours.

We would have to move to Wednesday of Thursday.

Start time would probably be 20:00

Match and training would be on same night as club

· Loss of flexibility over playing times and additional nights.
Additional cost for 3 courts at the blue school would require approx 8 additional members.
The club will have an Extraordinary General Meeting on Monday 4 July 2011 to confirm the proposal of the AGM to move to the Blue school. The attendees of the AGM unanimously agreed that we should move. A few concerns were expressed. Spencer will tell the Blue School that we definitely want to move. Can they give us some dates? We can be flexible.
Don't walk across the court when going to the other court. This should be in the the leaflet that we give to new people.
